In order to ensure quality control and to protect the reputation of Marianne Faithfull, The Marianne Faithfull Estate retains the right to approve or reject the final design and product quality of any licensing request. Licensing fees, advances, or royalties will be negotiated case by case and any unauthorized use without a written license is subject to legal action.
